Enjoy our beautiful island to the fullest with 960 square feet of living space in this serenely decorated condo. The master suite features a comfortable king bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds a a large flat screen tv! There is a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room, as well, allowing for a total of 8 to sleep. In the living room, a flat screen TV allows you to stay caught up with your favorite cable show. There are 2 full bathroom with the master bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. When you are not out enjoying the fantastic local restaurants, prepare some deliciously fresh meals in the condo's fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essential appliances. The dining room table seats 4 and there is also a counter high bar with 3 bar stools for extra seating so that everyone can gather around for mealtime. A washer and dryer set is conveniently located inside the condo as well. Something we didn’t think too much about before we got there was how convenient being on the ground floor is. We could get to the pool and beach in seconds, no waiting for elevators!! There are at least 3 grocery stores within 1 mile making the run for food or supplies super easy. We were always able to park within 20-30 feet of our door. With the smaller number of units in this complex, the beach was never packed, always plenty of room to set up our shade and relax. We would definitely stay in this condo again! ##### Kelly G. The pool and beach access right out the back door was amazing when you have teenager's that are always on the move. Plenty of resturants and gift stores within walking distance. This might be my favorite vacation rental we’ve ever rented! Here’s the main reasons why: it’s ground level. You walk straight off the porch area and basically into the pool. This is great if you have children that constantly want in and out of the pool/need to use the restroom frequently/constantly want a snack. You can literally sit on the couch and see the deep end of the pool. Another reason why this condo is so great, you’re SO close to the beach! It’s just on the other side of the pool! Again, almost a necessity when you have young, needy children. A third reason, this condo is beautiful, updated, clean, and actually has great/quality kitchen stuff! The cooking stuff like pots and pans were some of the same in my own kitchen. This wasn’t a unit where someone filled it with things they didn’t use anymore. These people put good quality items in their unit that you would use and might even have in your own home! Another reason.. the beds were comfy, the dining room table was nice, heavy wood with comfy seating, the couch was okay comfort wise but useful because it pulls out into a bed for extra sleep space. The counters in the kitchen and bathrooms are a beautiful, clean granite. The tile in the bathrooms is beautiful and clean. The shower heads work great. The drains didn’t clog up, they drained beautifully. The floors are updated and clean, not tile.
