The condo is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There are some basic items to get you started as far as cleaning up goes, however we purchased toilet paper and trash bags after using the ones provided. The beds are super comfy except for the bunk beds. The mattresses need replacing and the frame needs tightening. It makes a lot of noise when you roll over or get out of it.
