This beautifully decorated Gulf-front retreat is all about comfort and luxury with recently upgraded furnishings, mattresses, and SmartTVs with Netflix – plus incredible Gulf views. In the spacious open living area, relax on plush furnishings, including two sleeper sofas and two comfy accent chairs, and stream your favorite shows or admire the views through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders.

Open to the living room – and those stunning Gulf views – the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Meal prep is easy with expansive countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinetry, plus small appliances like full-pot and single-cup coffee makers, toaster, and blender. The accompanying wet bar features a sink, ice maker, and open glass shelving, the ultimate drink creation station. When it’s time to dine, there are four chairs at the huge breakfast bar plus a Gulfview dining room with seating for seven.

When you need some time to yourself, retreat to one of three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms. Each inspires sweet dreams with rich wood furnishings, crisp white linens, wall-mounted flatscreen TVs, and their own private bathrooms. The primary suite is ultra-inviting with a King bed and a huge ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have two Queen beds and a King bed, respectively. With the two Queen sleeper sofas in the living room and a fourth full bathroom, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

But the best part of all is the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf just steps away. Step out onto your private Gulf-front balcony and enjoy the breeze and breathtaking views as you lounge on a chaise or hang at the outdoor dining table. Located on the second floor, you can easily keep an eye on the family as they float in the lazy river, allow the swaying palm trees to calm your spirit, and watch the boats speed past on the waves. It’s truly one of the best spots on the beach.

Are actual arrival date was Friday July 18 and departure was Friday the 25th., but we had to check out a day early. This is our favorite place to stay! There were a couple of issues, 1. The screen door to the patio didn’t slide and we called to report it, but they didn’t get it fixed, which was fine. We understand that there are a lot more important things that need immediate attention. Then on Monday our air was not keeping the room cool, so the room stayed at about 75, the thermostat said to call for assistance, so we did. We would highly recommend Phoenix to all our friends and will be booking for a future stay. Thank you!
