The location is fantastic, and the beach was beautiful, which made our stay enjoyable. However, there were several issues with the condo that need addressing. The condo is outdated and in need of some attention. The cleanliness was below par; we found areas that were not thoroughly cleaned, which was disappointing. The dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes properly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had to be replaced during our stay, causing some disruption. The master bath drain was slow, making it less than ideal for use. Overall, while we enjoyed our time at the beach, the condo's condition took away from the experience. We hope the owners will address these concerns to improve future stays for guests. ##### Katie K. We rented this condo and had the most wonderful family vacation. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and well stocked, and we fell in love! It certainly won’t be our last stay at Romar House, and I hope we can come right back to this very condo next year. Two of our 5 days, maintenance workers were working on our balcony. We understand work needs to get done, but we wish we had been advised of this prior to renting. We were not offered a credit or refund for this inconvenience, which makes us hesitant to use this rental company in the future. The balcony was not usable for 2 days, and we would have chosen another condo.
