Welcome to this stunning and luxurious Gulf front condo, located in the Phoenix West building in Orange Beach! This 3-bedroom/4-full bath unit is located on the highest condo floor and offers breathtaking views of the beach and surf below. You’ll enjoy an incredibly comfortable interior and a large balcony with plenty of privacy and seating for all! High atop the waves, the balcony of this fantastic condo has a high-top table, bench seating, Adirondack chairs and perfect scenery for either morning coffee or evening stargazing!  
  
Inside, the open floor plan will offer lots of room for all of your guests, allowing for fun and relaxing evenings. You’ll find a large living room/kitchen/dining room common area with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the coast. The beautifully decorated living room itself features lots of comfortable seating, a 70” Smart TV, Blu-ray player, and many family games, puzzles and books for all to enjoy. Meanwhile, the fully equipped kitchen has first class appliances and also includes a KitchenAid countertop mixer, a Ninja blender, and both Keurig and full-pot brew coffee makers. There’s also a full wet bar which includes a wine/beverage cooler, and a spacious snack bar area. In addition, you’ll find ample seating in the dining room so that all of your guests can enjoy this common area together.  
  
Each of the three bedrooms features a mounted, large Smart TV and a full bath en suite for privacy and convenience. First, the spacious master bedroom includes a plush king sized bed and blackout curtains for those late mornings. The well-designed master bath, with double vanity sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in closet, combines comfort and functionality. Down the hall, the second bedroom also has a king suite bed and a full bath with shower/tub combo, while the third bedroom has a set of two queen sized beds and its own full bath with shower/tub.   
  
With the addition of a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, there is an abundance of sleeping space to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. To help with our youngest guests, a pack ‘n play is provided for your convenience. For even more accessibility, there is a fourth full bath including a walk-in shower. Finally, a full-sized washer/dryer is also included within the condo, as well as a separate drying rack for your use.  
  
The Phoenix West complex is well known for its spectacular amenities, all leading to the boardwalk which leads directly to the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach. The entire family will enjoy the winding and relaxing lazy river, while the more adventurous will love the exciting spiral water slide. The building features two large, sparkling swimming pools – one outdoor zero entry walk-in pool and one heated indoor pool. You’ll also enjoy a separate kiddie pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna and a steam room. A fully-equipped fitness center is included on the property, as are tennis/pickleball courts. The outdoor area also has charcoal grills available for guests to use, and there is lots of covered parking on site.  
  
The beauty and comfort of the Phoenix West #2704 condominium itself, with its luxurious features, furnishings and the spectacular balcony with its views, alongside the amenities and beachfront location of the building itself, make this your perfect home for your beach vacation!  
  
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
