#### Absolutely amazing!

Everything was perfect about this stay! We will definitely be coming back. From the front desk, pool attendant, and facilities everything was amazing. My family spent a great time and we had a lot of space to cook and spend time together. Loved it!

Wonderful unit - very clean and well appointed. Having the extra full bathroom was such a bonus! The pool deck was clean and all of the Phoenix Associates were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and very quiet. Would highly recommend.

The property was great and very kid friendly. The condo could have been better cleaned before arrival. Also the toaster wasn’t working properly. However we did not let this take away from the wonderful ocean views!

#### After searching through 100’s of condos we chose this stunning place.

We loved this beautiful condo and all the amenities it had to offer. The patio was inviting and offered stunning views. This condo was very spacious and stocked with everything you could think of and it was spacious enough to accommodate our large group. The kids loved the pool, water slide, and lazy river. The customer service from Angela was outstanding. We had an issue with one of the shower heads being cracked and spraying the ceiling and I notified her to prevent water damage to the ceiling and they sent maintenance over immediately. She was also very responsive and helpful when I needed questions answered to help prepare for the trip. I would 10/10 recommend this condo not just for its beauty, space, views, and pools but because Angela was so kind and very helpful. Great customer service goes a long way and is hard to find these days. If you are on the fence about booking this condo DO IT! I promise you will not regret it. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return.

View was fabulous. Lazy River could have been warmer but it is October. Two things, no measuring spoons or cups and no wine corker, very important to have when entertaining.

#### Gorgeous View!

We loved every second of our stay here! The condo is on the 22nd floor, which honestly was perfect. The giant windows look out over the ocean and the view from inside the condo is nothing but ocean, waves - and occasionally dolphins! We will absolutely be back.
