Phoenix Orange Beach 2204 is a four-bedroom, three-bath condo in Orange Beach, Alabama that sleeps up to 14 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has two queen-sized beds, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom also has two queen-sized beds. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the two rooms with queen beds.

The condo boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of the Gulf. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there is seating for six at the dining room table, with an additional four barstools at the breakfast bar. The spacious balcony provides plenty of seating and breathtaking views of the Gulf.

Beautifully decorated, this condo offers a comfortable and luxurious retreat, perfect for enjoying all that Orange Beach has to offer.

Wonderful, clean unit with birds eye views! This unit is the at the VERY top of the building which is 22 stories. So, be forewarned. I do wish the listing mentioned that. If you’re afraid of heights, pick another unit. That said, this unit is beautiful. Has an ice machine and wet bar. Big kitchen with updated appliances. Windows have black out curtains so you can avoid the early morning sun if you wish. Children enjoyed the pools-inside and out! Great place for families. Balcony is huge and has a table for eating. We will be staying again!
