✨ This stunning 2-bedroom haven at Lighthouse on the Bay "formerly known as Phoenix on the Bay II" boasts breathtaking bay views and a travel-inspired décor that will whisk you away on a staycation!  
  
🐶 This is a Pet Friendly Unit but THERE ARE FEES THAT APPLY WHEN CHECKING IN:   
🔹 Non Refundable Fee of $150.00 / per dog / maximum 2 allowed.   
🔹 Refundable $100 Pet Deposit for guest pet leash per pet (Deposit is refunded when the leash is returned).  
🔹 This condo is dog-friendly, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.  
🔹 Restricted Breeds: Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbull's, Huskies, German Shepard's, and Ankita's (Unless they are a vested and certified handicap canine).  
🔹 Must present proof of current rabies vaccination and flea and tick prevention.  
🔹 An agent will be at the front desk between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.  
🔹 If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please call the number at the security desk and security will come to issue the parking passes.  
🔹 If you plan to depart prior to 9:00 you may return any pet leashes the night prior to departure.

#### Adult Spring Break

Property was perfect for our needs of traveling with dogs. Building is pet friendly and quiet. It is located away from the main stretch of all the main beach activity but still close enough to access with a quick drive. Great restaurants and entertainment nearby including boat charters. Complex also offers boat slips if needed. Our unit was clean and comfortable and management made checking in and out process extremely easy. Plan on staying here again.

#### Awesome Stay!

Unit 2308 met all of our expectations! Very peaceful and quiet! We have always stayed at the Phoenix on the beach which was very convenient, but this year we decided to stay on the Bay and we absolutely enjoyed it better! Not crowded and made it very easy to keep up with my 10-year-old! We will stay here again next beach trip! Kudos to this condo!

#### Our stay at Phoenix on the Bay

The property is an ideal location in that it is close to all of the better restaurants and the beach but secluded enough to be able to relax and enjoy the property amenities (lazy river, marina, tennis courts and miles of safe paved bike sidewalks). Plenty of things for the kids to do and if you bring your boat there are a limited number of slips that can be rented. There is also plenty of parking for more than a couple of cars that comes in handy if you have day guest and they need a place to park. Great location.

#### Exuberant fees increased advertised price by over 30 percent.

Decent property off the main drag. Older aged community but does allow small dogs for a fee (that was a deciding factor). March was too cold to enjoy outside pool but indoor pool was decent. Condo was average to slightly above average. Nice balcony. The amount of tax, fees for basically nothing and fees on top of that from VRBO passed on to the customer (including having your pet wear a rainbow collar) will definitely mean our family will be using a different method of booking and reservations for future stays. An advertised estimate of cost should be up front and honest. Not hidden in a rental agreement. For the same amount of money spent in the end our options would have led us to a lot nicer place.

#### Quiet condo stay, but needs a deep clean

It was nice to stay in a condo away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches. The facility was well kept and had some very strict policies that helped keep the condo quiet and clean. Parking garage is tight, so be careful about the size vehicle you bring. The outdoor pool was freezing, I presume because they choose not to heat it; massive disappointment as there wasn't much else to do on property. The condo itself was nice, although a bit tacky with the decorations. But our biggest complaint was to cleanliness of the condo. When we arrived we kicked off our sandals and walked barefoot. Within minutes our feet were black with the dirt on the tile floors. Fortunately, I found a mop and bucket and spent the next hour thoroughly cleaning the floors.

We absolutely loved the property. Our condo was extremely clean. What we didn’t like was the hardness of master bed, very uncomfortable balcony chairs, and this was the worst equipped kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. We are locals and we have been staying on the beach since 1987\. I was so disappointed in the kitchen. What things they did have, were Walmarts cheapest quality. We did have plenty of towels which was nice. Will definitely stay at Lighthouse again, just not this unit.

#### Good but didn't get to use lazy river

The condo's was very clean! We only got to use the lazy river half day, rain 2days and last day to stay lazy river was closed all day because of maintenance

We thoroughly enjoyed the bayside! Great views along with an incredible condo. So spacious with a wonderful balcony. Our dog loved the adorable dog parks and meeting all the friendly people. We loved this location so much! Would consider buying a condo. The overall building is clean and beautiful - the pool is amazing.

#### Spring Beach Getaway

This property is in a nice complex on the bay, with pretty views from the balcony. The unit and furniture are in need of updating and refurbishment, and the patio furniture definitely needs an upgrade. For what we paid for this unit, we were disappointed with the overall quality.

We stayed here for 8 nights in March. Very comfy beds, enough seating for our family plus guests and loved the proximity to all the area restaurants and walking trails. The only thing I would change is stocking the kitchen with more silverware (there were 7 forks and 6 spoons) and more smaller plates and bowls.

#### WONDERFUL FAMILY & FUR BABY FRIENDLY

The property is amazing love the lazy river & little private beach there was some construction that blocked the views. The parking is great makes easy access to your condo & having plenty of luggage carts is awesome. Close to public beach & nice restaurants.

The property was great the view of the pool and the bay was great. very pet friendly and the kitchen was well stocked. we love the POB II and will be back. easy access to the pool and was not crowded and people and staff were very nice. love the location easy access to grocery stores and great restraunts were easy access.
