Thoughtfully decorated and designed with convenience in mind, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

The large, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when you're not sampling the area's many restaurants. The bright, open living area flows seamlessly onto an oversized private balcony—the largest in the building—with plenty of seating for relaxing together above the emerald waters of the Gulf.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access with stunning Gulf views. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

This 3rd floor condo had a beautiful view from a large balcony. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Location was close to groceries and several restaurants. Enjoyed the pickleball courts too.

Girls’ getaway

We are a group of four older ladies who wanted to reconnect and enjoy some beach time. This property was perfect for us! The condo was clean and comfortable and convenient- and the view! It couldn’t be any better. We had such a good time outside on the lovely deck area visiting and sunning and drinking wine! We would definitely visit again!

This property was absolutely amazing. The unit was clean, spacious, and updated. The deck was huge and is where we spent all our time when we weren’t on the beach. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and the staff was friendly. We had one very small issue and the owner responded and rectified the situation immediately. We would absolutely stay here again.
