Spend your mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by! The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a built-in double oven, and a wet bar off the kitchen to name a few. Stunning 3 Bedroom Unit on the 3rd Floor in the D building. Sleeps up to 12 with a large balcony to take in views of the bay and pools. The master bedroom has a King Bed and floor to ceiling windows to take in the breathtaking views. Balcony access from the master bedroom as well! The second bedroom features another king size bed and the third room features a queen bed with additional full over full bunk beds, every kids favorite! The living room is spacious with floor to ceiling windows to take in the beauty that Orange Beach has to offer and also has a queen sleeper sofa. It’s always voted as one of the top resorts in orange beach-it has multiple pools (including 3 indoor heated), multiple water slides, a lazy river, 9 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), an outside playground, putt putt areas, splash pad area, ping pong, fishing piers, fitness centers, dolphin cruises and boat rentals, the list goes on! All the sports courts you could think of-putting greens, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, corn hole. It’s on the bay side of the road only because the beach side of the road is protected so there are no buildings allowed to be built there. So I like to say the beach is in your front yard and the bay is in your backyard. There are no major roads to cross-only a private road that leads to our resort, our restaurant (voted one of the best in orange beach) and our marina. The Pictures do NOT give the justice that this property deserves. It is HUGE. All of the rooms have comfortable bedding and their own bathroom. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could imagine. We cooked every day and never have I ever had a Kitchen this stocked! We loved having the beverage fridge and the icemaker. The VIEW is amazing! We watched a dolphin mom and her baby swim, jump, spin and provide us with a Dolphin Show for over 45 minutes right outside our window on the huge balcony with loads of sitting provided. The Resort has so much to do that we needed 2 weeks to allow for time to do it all. We always stay on the beachside but the Bayside has it all...marine life, fishing, boats, SUNRISE and SUNSET, entertainment. My wife is handicapped and left there alone. She was not able to go down the stairs and was told not to use the elevator. Thank God it was a false alarm.
