  • A condo with small water view from a distance of Wolf Bay from the patio. Pier for fishing, docking your boat, watching beautiful sunrise/sunsets, and dolphin viewing. Complex has a pool which is on Wolf bay and a grilling area. Picture with pier is the end of complex - my unit sits a little back from water.

    One and half miles to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. New Wharf complex is nearby where you can see live concerts, play indoor putt putt golf and see movies at a RAVE theater. Walking distance to shopping or food. Golf courses, hiking and biking trails also are nearby. Boat ramp 1/4 mile away to put boat in.

The property was clean and as described, and overall we had a good stay. Communication regarding check-in and check-out could have been better. We had to contact the host on the day of our arrival to get the check-in information, and no check-out instructions were provided. Other than the communication issues, the property itself met our expectations.

I love the stay at this particular condo, everything was convenient and close by, love the Host she was very respectful and understanding. Everything was clean and nice, the area was very quiet. I will return soon ❤️❤️

Our host was very responsive. Location was very convenient. Kitchen was well equipped. We only recommend them to put a couple of trash bags, hand soaps, some small toiletries and a little bit more clean and comfortable pillows will make stay even more comfortable. We will definitely consider to come back.

A short drive from the Gulf with a pool that overlooks the bay! Great location close to all the area has to offer, and maintains a peaceful atmosphere.

Nice place!

me and my boyfriend stayed for a long weekend for a music festival! Great property in a good location. Nice place on the bay also not to far from the public beaches. Lots of food places near by.

Birthday weekend

We stayed for the weekend. The location close to the ward made it convenient to catch a concert and the boat dock worked out good fir our 22’ center console.

Great place! Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect. It’s a 3-5 minute drive to the beach, in walking distance to several restaurants, and you are steps away from a gorgeous bay. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool that was clean and hardly had anyone using it. The room was great for the price. Had extra pillows and blankets if we needed them and all the appliances worked. Couldn’t ask for better at the price we paid. We would gladly stay here again!

Just a few things that weren’t completed in remodel. Should be for the next renter. Good location and fishing off pier was awesome. Quiet area to stay in and walking distance to great restaurants. Owner communicates well with you.

Wharf concert getaway

Upon arrival, we discovered that the unit had yet to be cleaned from the previous guest due to a mix-up with the maid. The owner offered a discount of the cleaning fee if we cleaned it ourselves, which we were unable to do because it would mean missing the concert that we were there to see. Fortunately, the unit was cleaned while we were out. We do feel that compensation would have been appreciated do to the stress of not knowing what we were coming back to that first night. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. This is a quiet complex near restaurants and the bay.

Overall the place was nice and in a good location. However, I had trouble getting the check in information. I messaged the host on vrbo and sent a text. She responded but didnt send any info until I contacted VRBO's customer support, and they called her. I finally got the information 3 hours after check in. If there wasnt any problems with check in, I would recommend.
