The building is undergoing upgrades through March 2026\. Guests should expect noise from jackhammering, column repairs, dust, odors, scaffolding, and general construction activity. Elevator modernization in the Southeast building (June–Dec 2025) may cause delays, though one elevator will remain in service. Rates are discounted for the inconvenience. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. Loved the peacefulness outside on the balcony at night and listening to the ocean waves as they splashed upon the beach.
