(No road to cross) Welcome to PHOENIX GULF TOWERS 1 unit 1402 located on the 14th floor. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River at Phoenix Gulf Towers with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living and dining room. With over 1549 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished unit. The Large 185 sq ft balcony provides incredible direct views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Tower condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances including washer and dryer, wet bar with ice maker, Free High Speed WiFi throughout the unit. Large flat screen 65 inch SMART TV in living room and a large flat screen 55 inch SMART TV in the master, and 50 inch smart TV in 2nd Bedroom. The unit has its own laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, 2 Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. And a sofa sleeper in the living area for the little ones. The unit sleeps 8 total with 6 in beds and 2 children on the sofa sleeper. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, Kids splash pad large Hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. We also offer use of our owners closet to store your beach supplies at no extra charge. This gives you more room and helps when you have floats, coolers, tents, umbrella's and kids toys. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. The place was super clean and updated amazingly well. The ice machine was a game changer for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. The views were incredible through the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. It very easily accommodated our party. The amenities were fantastic! We were able to take awesome sunrise and sunset pictures from the balcony. The beaches were clean and not very crowded. It was perfect for our family needs that arranged from teenager to preschooler. We saw dolphins from the deck. We enjoyed being on the edge or end of Orange Beach. The beach was beautiful. The condo was beautiful and we had a lot of great experience in Orange Beach. We had great communication and it was incredibly easy to work with the owner as we try to get into town before the storm. It smelled clean from the second we walked in the building all the way ti the room. Staff were cleaning the hallways and constantly. The room was stocked with everything you need. Everything was immaculate and in perfect condition. Great views and was not overcrowded. Elevators were quick and didn’t have to wait. And the best of all was the lazy river! Only recommendation would be better non stick pots for cooking but had all the essentials we needed for our 4 day beach trip. It would’ve been better if the dresser was in the walk-in closet and the TV on the wall. Indoor and outdoor pool with slide, lazy river and jacuzzi. Easy access to the beach and great views from the condo balcony. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking with an extra ice maker for ice chest. There is extra storage room for beach items. The 3rd bathroom w laundry room was a plus! The seafood market across from the condo has amazing cooked or uncooked shrimp. Cobalt restaurant has the best food and bay sunset. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first beach trip! The property was beautiful! Everything was open and clean, and all of the pictures were accurate! My kids loved the lazy river and water slide — it’s a perfect pool for kids still learning to swim. I’d suggest bringing some smaller inner tubes for the kids, because the ones at the pool were a bit too big for my 7 year old. We had great access to the beach and all of the restaurants conveniently located. I loved the huge balcony to sip my morning coffee and eat breakfast! We had no issues checking in or getting around the property! It was the perfect place to stay, and my kids are already asking to come back! ##### Emily S. The view was amazing. Easy to get down to the pool and to the beach! Some helpful tips would be that the lobby is located on the second floor in the parking garage. Their aren’t any signs to indicate where that’s located. Also, the pool is not heated and it felt like ice water. Also, be prepared to buy everything you need if you are cooking at the condo. Pots and pans are provided but nothing else. No salt and paper, aluminum foil…etc. One last thing is the blinds in both the master and guest room do not keep the bright hallway light out. The rooms are very bright at night time. Overall, this was a very nice condo and we would stay again! ##### Brooke B. We were one of the first families to stay here, we took a chance and booked when there wasn’t even pictures and it turned out better than we could have imagined! The condo is huge, very spacious and beautiful. Full kitchen, everything you could need to cook. You are right on the beach and can go back and forth from the pool/beach/condo within a couple minutes. Chair service is available at the beach and they set up and take down your chairs each morning and night if you rent for the week. Indoor/outdoor pool. Water Slide and splash pad were a ton of fun. Lazy river was very relaxing. This place has it all. And we got to see dolphins. The views from the condo are amazing. Miles and miles of straight ocean out the balcony. Close to a bike rental place where you can ride e bikes around the 26 mile long trail with a trail head right across the street from the condo. We enjoyed and would absolutely stay here again in the future! Especially with a group or a family reunion type gathering! ##### Sara D. I love the relaxed vibe of orange beach compared to other places like Destin or communities on 30A. The beach is massive and absolutely beautiful white sand. No issues with space/seats what so ever. The condo itself was good. The cleanliness was just okay. The floors still felt sandy and behind the doors (floors/basboards) you could tell definitely did not get frequently cleaned. This is also the first Vrbo I’ve stayed in that did not have a hair dryer and I looked absolutely everywhere. (It does now, I bought a black Remington hair dryer and left it under the sink in the master bedroom). There were plenty of towels which was nice. The owners closet does have a decent supply of beach toys already so you don’t really need to buy any. We did leave some chairs in there as well for others to use. Instacart does deliver to your door in the facility which was a life saver! There is also a great seafood market across the street ##### Katherine L.
