Go directly to the your condo with an updated keyless entry. Our guests enjoy the keyless door entry as there are no keys to mess with. We know you have choices on properties to rent and we keep this condo in excellent condition with an attention to detail/updates. You will not have any surprises when you rent our condo!

This direct Gulf front condo is high enough for great sweeping views without the loud beach and pool noises.

This two bedroom, two bath condominium has updated tile throughout with freshly painted walls, granite, new linens, and furnished with brand new furniture. It has magnificent direct gulf front views (beach and pool) from the balcony and sleeps 6 with a (very comfortable) king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a convertible queen size sleeper sofa.

The condo is equipped with many necessities for your fabulous vacation. Linens are provided for all of the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking.

Also worth noting is that Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes a 'Winn Dixie' grocery store as well as numerous other shops (Dollar General Store and Walmart), restaurants, and an emergency medical center.

Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). The 'Wharf' is also less than 3 miles away from the condo.

It was wonderful sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The rental had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and walk to the beach so easy! Hope to stay again!

Family Beach Trip

We stayed as a family with Grandparents, Couple and a toddler. Check-in was easy and parking was included. The condo is in a great location and nicely stocked with all the essentials. The security personnel were attentive and helpful. The pool is clean and refreshing. Since the building is smaller there are less people on the beach giving an opportunity for space. Plenty of towels and bedding. Balcony was a great space to have coffee each morning. My only suggestion would be to add additional living room furniture for lounging in a rainy day.

Really enjoyed our stay in the condo - excellent location, the beach was not overly crowded and everything was in order at the condo with everything one would need to make the vacation feel like you were home, or at least close to it! Great location, loved being up high in the complex, easy access to beach, clean pool, all needed supplies provided by owner The mattress on the pull out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. I'd suggest bringing a mattress topper. Also, there are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass door to the balcony, so bring an eye mask for those sleeping on the sofa bed. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the condo was great!!

Beautiful views and great location...close to everything you want or need! The only thing that marred our visit was mold on the air vent on the ceiling in the 2nd bathroom and the glasses in the kitchen cabinet were not clean (smudges and lipstick stains). Overall our experience was very positive.
