LOFT UNIT ON THE BEACH

  • Enjoy the sun and fun in this loft-style one bedroom condo, located just steps from the ocean. This unit features a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized Murphy bed and a full-sized pull-out couch. We offer everything you'll need to cook in and relax, including a Roku-enabled smart TV with easy access to Netflix and Prime, as well as over 100 cable channels. There are two full bathrooms as well as washer and dryer in unit. The balcony, which has a partial view of the gulf, is complete with patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax. The condominium complex features three pools plus a wading pool, a tennis court, outdoor grilling areas and has their own convenience store called the Sugar Shack, complete with snacks and drinks. The location is just minutes away from Gulf State Park and the charming restaurants and shops of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. With the beach just steps away from the condo, this is a perfect location for your family's vacation!

    Other Things to Know:
    **There is a one-time $35 parking fee (cash only) which covers your entire stay.

    There is a new building going up next to our complex so you may experience some construction noise and dust during daylight hours
