Getting Around: Guest parking is first come, first serve. There is covered garage parking and non-covered parking. Guests are allowed 2 parking spots per unit. Uber and Lyft are available. Other Things to Note: 🗓️ Your dates aren’t available? No worries! We have three other units in the building. Reach out to ask about availability! 🅿️ One parking pass is included with the rental however, if you do need a second parking pass, please let us know right away there is an additional charge. ★IMPORTANT★ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.
