I would recommend an inside lock for the door other than the key pad from outside as the housekeeper randomly opened our door at 9:20 to clean on the day of departure. I advised we would depart by 10\. She apologized and the 3 of them sat on the sidewalk until we left. A different lock inside would prevent that in the future or they could knock. Lol. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at the Regency Isle condo. Location was great being walking distance to FloraBama. It's an older building. The condo wasn't dirty, but wasn't super clean either - more along the lines of acceptable or a 6.5 out of 10\. They have 1 reserved parking space for a condo that sleeps 10-12 people, and the spot is on the opposite side of the building from the unit. The description of the condo stated that it wouldn't be overly stocked due to Covid, but it was still less than I expected as far as the basics. No hair dryer in either bathroom ended up being an issue for us. The size of the unit was very good. The kitchen was a nice size, and the washer/dryer were all good. The balcony is a nice size. The glass table sticking out near the entry to the master bedroom provided a few bruises. I would definitely consider this unit again for a long weekend trip with friends, but I probably wouldn't bring my family for a week, since it just felt a little unkept compared to other places we have stayed along this part of the coast. ##### Ryan L.
