We had a great time. The condo is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed in the unit. We didn't utilize the pool area and spent most of the time on the beach, which was not overly crowded. I would definitely recommend this unit.
My family had a blast! That was our first time in the Orange Beach area and it did not disappoint. We are happy with where we stayed. Great location! Easy access to the beach and pools. And great location to any shopping, restaurants, etc. Also amazing communication with the owners/management.
We stay at a few different beach rentals every year, and my only complaint about this one: It was lacking a few amenities that are usually just a normal thing you’d expect to be there.
There was no coffee. No beach towels. No type of beach accessories (sand toys, chairs, etc). And no extra trash bags. We emptied our trash after a couple days and couldn’t find any extra bags. Contacted the owner and then was told they only provide the one set, and the rest falls on the renter.
Other than that (which wasn’t a big deal)…it was a very clean and beautiful spot with an amazing view! Plenty of room for my family of 6.
Our family always enjoy our stay at this condo. It's centrally located to all amenities you might need, and the condo is very clean and well stocked for cooking. We also love the gazebo for grilling; and the grassy area right alongside where the young can play soccer or kick ball or throw a frisbee.
The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and well-located. The balcony was one of the largest I've seen on the Coast, and perfect for watching the waves and a spectacular thunderstorm out over the Gulf.

Better than expected!
We loved the location! Short drive to great restaurants. One of the shortest walks to the beach that we've experienced. LOVE the assigned space in the garage. Our car stayed comfortable and out of elements. The room was great too; very comfy and all the comforts of home :) thank you!!
We had a great time and Regency Isle #703 was a perfect place for us to social distance! The cleanliness and comfort of the condo were top notch...we will def stay here again! Thank you for a great get away from social media and tv...which by the way...we never even turned on! Lol...we were at the beach every morning around 10:00 and came up for dinner by 8! Thank you again!!!
This is a nice unit. Great location and wonderful balcony. No issues with cleanliness or maintenance.
The couch and recliner are a little worse for wear when it comes to comfort. Bed in the master is very comfortable. Beds in the 2nd not so much but kids would probably not mind. Wish you didn’t have to stop off in Gulf Shores to check in. Other condo units we stayed in just give you the door keypad code so you can go straight there.
But overall I would recommend this unit and would consider it for a future stay.
Our entire family enjoyed this condo. The proximity tot he beach and to shopping was great. The girl at the beach who sold the chairs was exceptional and so very helpful. The Condo was as described, great view, large deck overlooking the gulf. We loved it.
This was a very nice place. It was very clean and the perfect location with a huge balcony to look out over the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Nice Condo, Terrible check-in
First, we were quoted one price and charged a much higher price due to a "technical issue that is VRBOs fault", that the rental company couldn't honor. We were a late check-in and our packet to get into the condo was left outside the office for us, which was great. Until we realized they wanted us to come back by the office to sign paperwork and get a copy ID. The office is 12 miles (approximately 18 minutes, if no traffic) from the condo. They called me each day while trying to enjoy my vacation to sign paperwork. I had already signed the liability paper and sent it in, why couldn't all of that have been done the same way. I've rented MANY condos and have never seen this type of check-in process. I see where others have complained and they say that's how they have to do it legally but it's 2021, figure out how everyone else is doing it legally and better. It really put a damper on our vacation trying to figure out which day we were going to leave the beach to go sign papers. We decided it could wait until we were leaving but it was still very inconvenient.
The condo was nice except for the clogged toilet in the master bath. We walked in and noticed it was full of toilet paper. My husband plunged it and it kept stopping up. We called for maintenance and went to the beach for several hours. We left someone in the condo to wait on them and when we returned several hours later there was no maintenance done. We decide to get showers and as soon as the first person got in maintenance came. After a rushed shower they fixed the toilet.
Bring your own toilet paper! You only get about 3 rolls regardless of the amount of people staying.
The condo was nice and spacious but needs updated. There were marks on every wall and some of the furniture looks old and dirty. The master bed was a bit firm but comfortable. I was told the guest beds weren't comfortable and atleast one made a lot of noise if you barely moved.
The balcony was big with plenty of furniture. The building itself sits a bit farther back than the buildings on either side so you don't get a panoramic beach view but you can watch the waves and beach in front of the condo. We watched dolphins play on atleast one day.
We enjoyed the full washer and dryer. It makes it convenient when you can wash your towels all in one load for the next day on the beautiful beach. The grounds were very clean! The pool was a good size for the amount of people that were there. The outside cleanliness, top notch!
Lovely furnishings, tho a little dated. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the soaking tub a the weather was very cool so I took a bath nightly. We cooked in so it was great to have plenty of dishes, glasses and pots and pans. King bed was comfy. Views from the balcony were fabulous. REALLY enjoyed using the grill pavilion as it was clean and had everything you needed. Also loved the outdoor hot tub (once we found where to turn it on!) ❤ Was a fantastic 3 day get away.... now home to snow🙄
The condo was very clean and as pictured! The views were amazing! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs! Nice as we were there the last week of December and was cooler in the afternoons. Grounds are very well kept! We will use the gas grills provided by the pool next time!!! And of course the beach was beautiful! Great family time!
This condo is on the beach, clean and within walking distance to the Flora Bama. The management company was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Because of the pandemic, we used the grills quite a bit. The kitchen needs some reorganizing......the cabinets were in a little disarray, but well supplied with everything we needed. One skillet is warped and should be replaced. The stand alone icemaker in the wet bar is sooo wonderful. No trips out for ice. All mattresses were super comfortable. The 3 1/2 baths is very helpful. Great washer and dryer makes it so convenient. Loved the unit. Corner location is beautiful to see the gulf and Ono Island both. Morning coffee, sunrise, and dolphin watching. Hope to return one day!
The property was very nice. However, the dishwasher did not work and we had to wash the dishes by hand. The maintenance person came by for repairs but unfortunately the part had to be ordered and did not come in on time. Other than that, all things were good.
The room and property were great. The check-in process needs to be updated. Everything could have been done on-line and save 40 minutes of additional travel time.
We had a fabulous time, loved the location of the unit and everything was just perfect. The unit was exactly as described and we really enjoyed the large balcony. We have this condo saved for the future.
