This unit is direct Gulf front and offers a direct beach view. This pet-friendly unit is the only complex in Orange Beach that is pet-friendly and direct beachfront. Pet Friendly- One pet, 40 pounds or less, is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet, 40 pounds or less, can be added after Labor Day until Memorial Day upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. We enjoyed dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. I didn’t want to leave when the week was up. I brought my doggo with me even though the beach is not dog friendly. The kitchen and baths have beautiful gold faucets that gives the room an uplifted presence. The light wood flooring is new and gives an overall feeling of clean.. throughout the condo. It is on the 8 th floor.. top of the building.. it is quiet and serene.. the only sounds coming from the beautiful Gulf. The view is magnificent! The bedrooms were neatly fitted with new bed spreads and pillows. The bed was on the firm side but not uncomfortable.. it felt new also. They do a first class job of making sure this kitchen looks like new. I looked for a Kuerig coffee maker but they had a Mr. Coffee. All the tvs(3) were easy to work and look reasonably new. The only negative thing I can think of is the sofa. It has seen its best years. It was the only thing that looked worn. The loveseat that accompanies this was in great shape.. overall, we loved it. It is so convenient to shopping, Publix, Walmart, CVS and Walgreens are just across the street..the pool is freshly painted and very nice. We were here end of March - 3rdof May.
