We have a 35 ft center console so need a larger boat slip. The checkin was super easy and we arrived to a sweet welcome package with wine, fruit, & cheese. It’s a cute little condo with all necessities that was very clean. The location was perfect for us. We were able to bring our boat and docked it here which made it so nice to have so we could just hop on and ride a short distance over to the islands. Upon arrival, there was soft music playing, fresh flowers and a beautiful gift basket full of some of our favorite items. Kim had waters in the fridge for us and coffee for the Keruig as well. The unit was decorated beautifully and was very clean. We loved sitting outside on the bottom floor sipping coffee in the mornings and listening to the birds chirping next to us. I even got the sweetest picture of one drinking water from the bird bath. Overall, this was probably our favorite place that we have stayed in. Kim was very accommodating would get back to us quickly when I had a question. Checkout/check-in were very easy since we could right there and not have to go somewhere else to get keys.
