Beautiful, Bay side, 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom condo with a spectacular view of Robinson and Bird Islands! Enjoy the late afternoon sunsets in this comfortable and contemporary retreat. Three huge outdoor pools plus lazy river. Gym quality Fitness Room. Huge Indoor Pool. Short Walk to Beach and Cobalt the Restaurant. Condo was remodeled with all new Furniture and Electronics. Ice Machine, Wine Cooler, and tiled floors throughout. Enjoy your vacation in this wonderful Caribe condo. Caribe D403. Master bedroom has a king size bed Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed Guest bedroom 2 has a queen size bed Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms. There are charcoal grills on the grounds by the pools. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Complex is located just east of the Alabama Point Bridge and is the only true resort in Orange Beach. Beach Shuttle can take you to public beach area or spend the day at one of the over-sized resort pools. Long Lazy river overlooking the gulf and water-slides as well. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Your reservation includes 1 parking pass. This parking pass will be in your unit when you arrive. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. Reviewer Comments: Signature properties was great! Very accommodating, answered every question quickly, great checkin (got us in early) - super nice people! The condo description was accurate, it's a really nice, big condo. It was clean, beds were comfortable, VIEW IS GORGEOUS! The downsides for me ... There are no lamps in the loving room?? The only lighting is the ceiling fan (very bright) and the hanging light over dining table (very bright), so no cozy lighting for TV watching. I would also mention, there is a hot tub RIGHT BELOW the balcony, and because it's level 4 (low), you can hear the noise. On our 1st night, there here was a party in the hot tub (20+ sitting around it) with very loud voices and very loud music. We literally couldn't hear each other talk and had to go in, very disappointing as the balcony is our favorite part of the trip.
