The whole complex is very clean and well maintained. Richard, the manager, is wonderful. We liked that it was a low rise which made the beach less crowded. The balcony is not large but big enough for four people, comfortably, more will fit but I think it might be a little crowded. We would have liked the elevators to be closer to the condo and the pools to be a little larger. Those are small things that are not deal breakers for us. The condo was spotless and we lived the decor. We had a minor problem with the shower in one of the bathrooms and the owner was very prompt in responding. It was fixed within a few hours.
