Better Than The Ritz ~ Welcome basket ~ 1302C

Turquoise Place is a direct gulf/beach front condo decorated to the hilt with the latest styles and the best class! Spacious 3 Bedroom 3 1/2 bath - over 2400 square feet gulf front condo featuring large wood tile floors in the master and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors in the guest bedrooms! The Master has a king bed and a full size futon with direct access to the huge gulf front balcony! The large master bath features granite counter tops, a walk in shower, a jacuzzi bathtub, and walk in closet. King bed in second bedroom with a built in twin bunk beds, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV! Recently remodeled kitchen and wet bar with updated cabinets and countertops and top of the line stainless steel Wolfe appliances, sub zero and large subzero refrigerator. Huge, private balcony with a private hot tub and summer kitchen overlooking the Gulf with spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise! You can grill on your private balcony while your family is in the hot tub! We also have luxurious balcony furniture that sets the perfect atmosphere! Our balcony is unique and special! The living room has a fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch, a 55" smart TV and a sectional sleeper sofa and a chair and half with a twin sleeper! Beautiful custom furnishings and decor with a light and airy feel. There is a lazy river, two beautiful gulf front pools one with a 100’ slide, kids splash pad, tennis/pickle ball courts, rooftop putting green, playground, spa and boutique, covered parking, fitness center over looking the gulf, two huge indoor pools, steam and sauna rooms. Free high speed internet! There is also a poolside Tiki Bar and Grill with live music during the summer. There are daily planned activities for children. This condo has no carpet - tile in the kitchen, family room, and bathrooms with wood tile and Brazilian cherry wood floors in all the bedrooms! We also keep 6 beach chairs and plenty of beach umbrellas with a wagon in our laundry room for our guest to use! This unit is family friendly as well as luxurious. Sleeps 10.

Perfect Condo for July 4th

The condo was perfect for the family. Love the bedroom with 2 bunks, and all of the kitchen accessories were everything we needed. The best part was watching the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony on the beach. Thank ypu!!

Perfect beach vacation!

My husband and I love everything about this condo. Check in was easy and Dina was so accommodating. The unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The views from the huge balcony are exactly what we wanted. The hot tub and grill on the balcony were such a nice added bonus. This was one of my favorite stays in Turquoise Place. This condo was clean and well decorated; very cozy. Beds are comfortable and the walk in showers refreshing! Amazing view of the ocean and fresh salt air. Check in was simple. Didn’t get to use the hot tub due to yearly maintenance - not a big deal at all, prefer the ocean.

Beautiful oceanfront condo!

This condo was super clean and just beautiful! Initially I was hesitant to book a high rise condo, but Turquoise Place is so nice we will definitely stay again. The fitness center was well-appointed, and although the development is very family-friendly, our family with 6 adults ranging from 25-55 loved it and had a great time!

November at the Beach

We chose this property because of the balcony. It lived up to our expectations. A wonderful place to sit, have a glass of wine and enjoy the view ... even in November. The unit is wonderful and the hosts were exceptional.

Great trip!

We had a wonderful stay - even with a couple days of rain. The condo is beautiful and very accommodating to families. The resort itself has a lot of great amenities. The view - right on the beach - can’t be beat. My only suggestions is to replace the pillows - especially in the first bedroom when you walk in. And maybe more towel hooks in the bathrooms. It’s hard for a family sharing a bathroom to hang all the towels up. It was a great stay! We will be back!

Just the vacation we needed!

Just returned home from a fabulous stay at Turquoise Place. Everything from the communication with the owners to the exceptional condo and furnishings plus all the amenities was more that I could have hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to book again this unit again, in fact we're all trying to coordinate vacation dates for 2024 already. In addition to the unit itself being fabulous, all the on site staff was excellent.
