  • Phoenix 6 Unit #1009...You will LOVE this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 10th floor. The views are breathtaking and the condo is beautifully decorated! From the 10th floor balcony, you have awesome views of Perdido Pass and Alabama Point to enjoy with your morning coffee or your evening cocktail! You will feel like you've arrived in paradise!

    The beautiful living room has views of the gulf, plenty of seating, a queen sofa sleeper and a 52' flat screen tv!

    The Master bedroom has its own entrance to the gulf-front balcony, a king sized bed with a comfortable new mattress, ensuite bathroom and a 36' flat screen tv!

    The guest bedroom has two full sized beds with new mattresses, an ensuite bathroom and a 40' flat screen tv!

    In addition to this, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. We provide a standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker! And....wireless internet is provided at no additional charge!

    The dining area seats 4 with two additional seats at the adjoining counter. The balcony dining area seats four and has a chaise lounge for relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach!

    A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

Everything about the place was excellent. Would stay there again. Bed in Master bedroom was very comfortable. My spouse has sleeping issues, but got her best sleep in years in it.. View of gulf beach was fabulous. Everything worked. Decor was beautiful. Check in process was smooth, once I located underground garage.

The property was just as pictured. Clean and supplied with all we needed. The covered owners parking space was a great amenity as it was 95 degrees the days we were there. The only thing I would change would be an earlier check in so the first day you pay for would actually be usable for the day.

Cronies Getaway

Four ladies went to Orange Beach to escape the cold in Wisconsin. We booked a beautiful two bedroom condo overlooking the gulf with the bluest water and white sand. We had a king bed, two double beds, and one of us took the fold out sofa bed was she reported was comfortable. We filled our days walking the beach, looking for shells, sitting in the hot tub, shopping, and dining on the most delicious food. The grouper and shrimp were fabulous. The condo was well laid out. Very quiet for sleeping and the kitchen had everything we needed. The large screen tv was very nice. Everyone we met was super friendly.

We loved this condo! It was right on the beach and we had a great view. We saw dolphins from the balcony! I loved that both bedrooms had their own full bathroom. It was easy to get in and out of the parking area. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook with or entertain. Two coffee makers, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
