Location is amazing! However, floors throughout the condo were unclean. Trash on floors. 2/3 televisions did not work. Called maintenance. Maintenance told me to call direct tv (major hassle!). The refrigerator had no ice maker (cracked plastic ice cube trays in the cabinet) so there was a stand alone ice machine in the kitchen. It did not produce ice so we called the maintenance number. No one ever showed up to fix it so we bought bagged ice all week. The pull out couch was filthy so we put a sheet over it before anyone sat on it. Holes in the bed linens, dirty dishes in the cabinets and hardened grease in the kitchen sink. I could go on for hours. I was refunded the cleaning fee that was charged for my visit.. . ##### Tina W. Being located on the 4th floor was a plus because we used the stairs a few times when the elevators were busy. I liked that there were grocery carts downstairs to carry your groceries back to the condo. This condo also has a very large built in ice maker. The ice maker was a huge plus. We could fill up a large cooler before heading to the beach and still have enough ice to make frozen drinks in the blender.. It is directly over the pool which means the noise level could be high at times , but it never was loud at night when we wanted to sleep. The view is beautiful! It is lovely with everything we needed. The view is gorgeous from the living area and the master bedroom.. the balcony is very nice as it wraps around. All of the pools and hot tubs were great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The entrance is beautiful. Not very comfortable and the bedroom pillows are the flattest ones I’ve ever tried to use. As for being right above the pool area, there was a lot more nighttime noise than expected. Great location and views. However, the furniture throughout the condo was dated/dirty. We had to put sheets down on the couch to feel comfortable sitting on them. The comforter in the master bedroom had stains all over it and was ripped in a couple places. Master shower had mold/ black gunk built up on the doors. Quite a bit of dust built up in some areas.
