    This premium condo at Phoenix East II has been totally updated. Granite and quartz counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, double sinks in master vanity area. Large flat screen TV's in every room 50” Samsung smart (2nd bdrm) 55” Samsung smart ( main bdrm), 55”Samsung Smart Tv in living room. Two king size beds and queen sofa sleeper.
    Washer & dryer and Free WiFi.
    This is a low density building so the elevator
    wait is minimal. Indoor, outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills, half court basketball, indoor racquetball. Guests are allowed to use amenities at Phoenix East and Phoenix East II. Beach umbrella and chairs are available for rental.
    This unit is on the 11th floor and has one of the best views of the gulf and Perdido Pass.
    Great for watching the boats and dolphins enter the gulf.

If you’re looking for a nice place close to the Marina and restaurants this a a good one. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats come in and out of harbor.

It was a great place. We loved that both bedrooms had king beds. The pools were so nice. I loved the workout room in phoenix east. The beach was just steps away and was so clean. The weather was not that great so we spent a lot of time in the room and the balcony was so relaxing.

Fabulous location

What a spectacular view!! From checking in to settling in and enjoying the facilities, this is such a lovely place to stay. The property is fully stocked with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. The balcony furniture is comfortable for watching the sunrise or sunset. We would definitely recommend for relaxing vacation in the beach.
