House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • Suitable for children (2-12 years). • Suitable for infants (under 2 years). • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA.
