Hello! Thanks for stopping by! Our beautiful condo is located on the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico !! It doesn't get any better than your own private balcony on the 8th floor where you can relax and enjoy the sun rising and setting and if you look closely enough you may just see the beautiful dolphins swimming right in front of you!
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, den with connecting dining area, floor to ceiling sliding doors and laundry room with full size units. This unit ( 1217 sq ft.) accommodates up to eight people with a King, Queen, bunk bed with trundle and a sofa sleeper. Includes internet/wifi. Each room has a flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Floor to ceiling windows. There are only 66 units in our building, allowing for more room at the pools and on the beach! ***Non-smoking unit, including the balcony*** No pets allowed. Primary renter MUST be 25 or older !!

Located just minutes from local attractions including golf courses, restaurants, the Tanger Outlet mall, amusement parks, mini golf, zoo, movie theaters, nature and trails, Gulf Coast Sports, Arts and Culture, beach and waterspouts rentals, golf courses churches and specialty shops. Grocery stores are located very close by! Perhaps you might want to run on over to the FloraBama State line....or go west out of the parking lot to the famous 'open air' Hang Out family restaurant with music and live entertainment!! Lots of area for the kids to play!
Parking for 2 cars max, $36 fee per car for entire stay( No boats, trailers, or jet skis allowed)....2 pools ( indoor/heated and outdoor), Indoor hot tub, small exercise room, Sauna, BBQ area, boardwalk. Chairs are available for rent on the beach with umbrellas.

During peak season , June and July, the unit is available for weekly rental only....Saturday through Saturday. HOWEVER, if the days you are interested in are not booked, we may consider a shorter stay, so contact us to inquire. We generally answer inquiries within 24 hours.

The perfect place!

We loved staying here. Very clean and lots of extra blankets, which always makes our stay a lot easier. It’s right on the beach and my kids loved the indoor pool. The complex is nice with a good elevator and carts to use to bring luggage and groceries up. The master bedroom was big with plenty of room for me to put our 2 year old in our room too. Bathrooms are big, everything worked. Thanks for letting us stay!

Summer 2024 Baseball Tournament/Vacay

The view was amazing. The condo was well stocked with supplies for cooking if needed. The washer and dryer was a must for our needs. The condo is nicely decorated. There was great communication. The pools were nice. Quick access to the beach. Elevator worked and was quick. Appreciated the luggage carrier to take items to/from the car and condo. Parking was easy. Our stay was Monday thr Friday.

Great Condo! Right on the beach!

We had a great time & enjoyed our stay! More than enough room for our family of 4. The location in Orange Beach is fantastic. Also very close to the beach/ocean compared to other places we've stayed, so that makes it very convenient for toting all the kids' beach stuff out. Pool was never crowded. We loved the fact that we dealt directly with the owner & not a "management company". She was VERY friendly & responsive. We had no issues with the staff. They were also all very friendly & helpful. I'm sure we'll be back. Highly recommend!

Great condo and host…

Property was nice, great views and communication with host. HOWEVER, the front desk/property manager was incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Had an issue we resolved with the owner, after the property manager threatened to have the police called on us and having an unannounced entry and head count in the condo by the property manager and security. Was not able to have a reasonable expectation of privacy here. The property manager made sure we knew she had cameras and was watching us, which made us feel incredibly uneasy. Her lack of customer service was the only negative, but definitely enough to not want to come back. Again, the property owner was incredibly pleasant and understanding.

Fantastic Stay

Truly a Home Away From Home

The property is as described - everything you need for an enjoyable family vacation is located either inside the condo, on the property or within a 5 mile radius of the property. Owner is super nice and extremely helpful. We plan to return to Orange Beach and hope to stay in this unit again.

Wonderful Property, Beautiful View!

This property was as advertised and MORE! The balcony view was breathtaking, the kitchen fully stocked (more so than most rentals/condos), and the location is perfect. Right on the beach, minutes from entertainment, restaurants, etc. There was plenty of space for everyone and very comfy beds/seating. Karen was the best to communicate with and made sure our vacation was top-notch. Hoping to snag this property again next summer!

Orange Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean, furnishings were nice and lots of amenities to make the week long stay a home away from home. Karen was great with communication and making sure we had everything taken care of. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have a great trip to Orange Beach.

Beach vacation

Positives: location, balcony, view, cleanliness, bunk beds, owner communication/friendliness. Areas for improvement: condo should include a few more essentials such as trash bags, soap, etc. For example, they tell you ahead of time they only provide one trash bag and you are responsible for getting extras so its not a surprise, however I think most people would prefer to pay a few bucks extra and have it available instead of having to make a run to the store for such items during their vacation. Also the extra required insurance seems excessive since there is already a security deposit required.

Right on the beach with plenty of space. Large balcony overlooking the pool and beach was great! It is important to note that only 2 cars per unit are permited. They do have security and check parking passes daily.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

We had a great stay at this location. The view is beachfront and on the 8th floor. The place is as described. It had plenty of room for two families. Some of the furniture was a little dusty but for the most part the rest of the house was very clean. The location is also close to everything. We enjoyed the pool after being at the beach for a couple of hours. The owners were great about communicating and the brochure they provided was very helpful. I recommend this place for any large family.
