\* This is a 2-story home so there are stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.

We will most definitely be back! This place checked all the boxes for us- clean, close to the beach, nice neighborhood. The hosts were so friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. They responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We can’t wait to book this place again!

#### Great Beach Stay

We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend at our house in the Village of Tannin. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was clean, stocked, and a short walk or bike ride to the State Park and private beach access. We loved the community pool and the proximity to great dining and activities in Orange Beach. Highly recommend this spot for families or anyone looking to unwind by the coast. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! 10/10 recommend! The home is beautiful and smelled amazing! Very short walk to the beach, easy access. There was a container ouside with a wagon, umbrella, chairs and more! It made our first time to Alabama very memorable and made going to the beach a breeze. 10/10 would stay again!

Great property for a quick weekend getaway before school started back. Perfect size for our family of 5\. Location was great with quick and easy access to the beach basically right across the street. Don’t worry about the traffic because there is a light and crossing to get you across with no worries. The pool is a few easy steps also from the front door and the kids loved this. We would stay here again!

The house was great...communication was great...the only thing that i thought was not great....was the description of 100 steps to private access...it gave me the impression that we would be on the same side as the beach. Other than that...EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!!
