Did not receive any communication regarding check-in. Sent multiple emails and had to finally do a chat to get answers for check-in when arriving after 5\. Condo was exactly as listed. Bed was uncomfortable for me. Needed a softer mattress but that is my preference. Desk at condo was not friendly or helpful. The people at Phoenix VII were very helpful and they actually answered all my questions and took care of issues.
