"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...

"Fiquei no quarto 28. Há uma área verde ao redor do hotel, o que torna o ambiente ainda mais agradável. Adorei o hotel! Super aconchegante, me senti em casa. O local tem uma personalidade única e parece que cada detalhe foi pensado com cuidado, o que fez toda a diferença na minha estadia. Pequenos toques, como a jarra elétrica para preparar chá, café e chimarrão, me agradaram muito. A cama é muito confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo e o quarto tem um bom tamanho.
