This property is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it. The only downside is that when enquiring about the spa there was no massage services which would have been a bonus. Will definitely be staying again

Young lady on the desk was absolutely amazing. Helped us plan a couple of days in Milan also offered to get us a breakfast To Go because we were leaving early on our second day. Hotel itself was lovely clean and the location to the Metro was good.

I was slightly sceptical before arriving because of some of the mixed reviews, but I honestly can’t really fault this hotel. I booked it as a base for me and my 11 and 13 year olds for visiting Milan and Lake Como. I booked the classic triple room, the cheapest option as we would only be sleeping in the room, and it was a perfect choice. A large, clean room with everything we needed (kettle, fridge, tv, wifi, daily cleaning.). The staff at reception were always very helpful. The free shuttle to...

Great location, good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Only gripe is that the (lovely) rooftop pool closes at 5.30 which is a little early.

Dated in style, but great quality. Paid extra for a suite as four of us were using it, and it was worth it for the extra space. Air con wouldn't blow cold as hotels heating was on, so that was only downside, had to keep windows open for some cool air, and then got bitten by mosquitos overnight.
Spa and pool were both lovely and well maintained.
Breakfast was nice, decent selection available with mix of hot and cold foods.
Went up to rooftop bar, were lucky, was last day it was open for this...
