Wonderful hotel, great location and staff were friendly apart from one woman Mariana or Marina from reception who was rude after we had checked out, will be reaching out to the hotel to chase up on this. Leon was really helpful and would like to recommend him. The hotel genuinely tries to earn its rating.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. Katya was so helpful, even delivering us an infant cot late in the evening. The pool was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay, with a comfortable room, very good breakfast and lovely and helpful staff. However, it is very confusing to even find the hotel, we stay in over 30/yr, and even harder to find the reception. The parking is actually in another hotel, all in all, signage and general description needs improving, hotel itself is great.

Fabulous hotel. The staff were wonderful (especially Harry, the Front Desk Manager who is a credit to the hotel). The room was exceptional with a view to die for, the bed was comfortable, the shower first class. The breakfast was something else with the vast choice. When in Opatija don’t stay anywhere else!

This is our seventh year back at this hotel. The hotel has changed ownership, and some changes have taken place. Unfortunately, not for the better. First, parking is now a paid service. 20 euros per day is a significant increase in the cost of a vacation, especially if you're staying for a week or more. Really great hotel, high spec spacious rooms and balcony overlooking the coast, great pool with ample space/ beds etc, a short (but hilly) walk into the very lovely volosko, highly recommend

A perfect stay in a very nice hotel that, warrants 5 stars. The view was amazing and we even got treated to a late night firework display literally outside our balcony. The only gripe was as I was on the main floor by reception, it did get a bit noisy but it wasn't that big of a deal for me because everything else made it worth it.

Beautiful view of calm spring sea in the centre of the town. You can find everything you need within few steps away.

Very nice small 3 * hotel close to the seeside promenade situated in the old villa. Very positive experience and good value for a money. Friendly and helpful staff. Got upgraded for free to the sea view room. Had a great week in Opatija.

There was an issue in that our reservation could not be found so it took a while to sort - none of this was the fault of the staff as they worked to sort us a room before resolving their issue that led to the booking being hidden from them! All turned out fine, credit to the staff who worked to sort the issue as quick as they could.

Amazing stay! We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. We had a clean, well decorated room. We had access to a beautiful and clean outdoor pool. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were well kept and views enjoyed. From the outdoor pool, we can access the sea and enjoy a nice swim in a safe marked area.
