A comfortable hotel with cold staff

The hotel is located at a quiet area about 25-minutes walk distance from the bus station and center with beautiful sea view. The room and bedding are comfortable but the bathroom is very dark. The spa center is small. The breakfast coffee is good but the food is not very tasty. The receptionists are not enthusiastic.

Beautiful infinity pool that overlooks the sea. Key pad Gated but easy access to sea via steps. Buffet breakfast has everything you could want including mimosas and custom made coffee to order. Would recommend for a quick getaway.

We splurged and spent the night. This beautiful hotel. After a delicious buffet dinner we ventured down for a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Felt very good, but the temperature was not as warm as we would have liked. We did not use the other wellness facilities but would have liked to use the red light therapy room if time had allowed! Breakfast was wonderful. Fabulous pillows on the bed and we slept like babies! We felt spoiled!

Great hotel, the breakfast had a huge selection to choose from, great pool and pool bar, the staff was splendid. The hall ways had multiple leaks and drywall seeming to be giving at those points with what looked to be like black mold. Seemed to have been an issue for a while as drywall doesnt turn black overnight. Also the door to our unit was very sticky and required force to open and close. Other than those maintenance items everything else was great. I would give it 3.5 stars

A very basic 4 star hotel. Has the potentials to become a real 4 star hotel, but it is important to work on the details. A very big disadvantage is that this enormous hotel, with an amazing sauna, has no fitness facilities. Not satisfying air conditioning in the common areas (especially lobby). Lovely infinity pool. Reasonable difficulties in parking area, but at least there is parking with pretty high cost (20€ per day). Excellent breakfast, equal to a 5 star hotel with amazing staff. Unfortunately cannot tell the same for the reception team. The spa team is high skilled.

I expected more from this hotel. They put me in a room with poor wifi connection, and you could hear everything from the bar at night. When I complained there was nothing they could do apart from “send a technician” who didn’t show up. Staff are unfriendly and disappear when you need them. The pool is nice but not enough loungers for the size of the hotel. The lighting in the room could be better, bathroom is too dark to put on makeup. Spa area needs to be attended more as there were wet towels everywhere. Breakfast offering was good. I didn’t like that breakfast staff give you half a coffee and expect you to make your own with the cold milk and foam left on the counter. If staff are making coffees, make them properly please. They didn’t know what a french omelette was and instead of asking gave me an over-scrambled burned egg.

Beautiful location, but the property is showing its age. In need of renovation, painting, new carpets, etc. Most of the staff is great, but some of the workers in customer service areas (e.g., bar) worked to not make eye contact and give great service.

Fint hotel med små mangler!

Hotellet er stort, hvilket det bærer præg af - receptionisterne “ser” os ikke, efter vi var tjekket ind. Vi boede i den lidt ældre del af hotellet - og denne bygning har indtil flere niveauer med trapper som skal forceres inden man kan komme videre med en elevator. Hotellet har ingen strygejern/strygebræt - vi måtte ud og købe et strygejern! Herudover fungerer hotellet fint, gode parkeringspladser, fin morgenmad, fin restaurant. Poolen med tilhørende liggestole er underdimensioneret ift. antal gæster - vi valgte den private strand, hvor man betaler 25 euro for to liggestole og en parasol.
