#### Schade das nur 5 Sterne möglich sind !!!!

Vor ab die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Das Objekt wird ab dem Jahr 2020 vermietet und dient ausschließlich den touristischen zwecken. Es ist komplett klimatisiert sowohl auf dem Erdgeschoss als auch auch dem oberen Stockwerk. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist Perfekt gewählt worden, im oberen Teil des Hauses findet man zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad im unteren Bereich gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem extra Bad. Beide Badezimmer sind sehr modern gehalten und von sehr guter Qualität. Zu der Lage, man befindet sich direkt über Opatija und benötigt lediglich fünf Gehminuten in die Innenstadt und acht Minuten zum Meer. Dadurch ist man sehr zentral, ohne jegliche lärm Belästigung. Auf dem Weg in die Stadt ist ein Becker und der ortsansässige Markt, an den man alles superfrisch erhält. Die Stadt besitzt sehr viele Strände, über die man am Objekt durch Broschüren sehr gut informiert wird. Da uns die Natur mehr zusagt sind wir mit dem Auto 15 Minuten aus der Stadt an zwei kleine Buchten gefahren die wirkliche geheim Tipps sind und nicht überlaufen sind ( Beach Uboka und Beach Jelenscica). Zu unser Gastgeber: Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fanden reichlich Obst und Getränke (Sekt, Bier etc.) im Objekt die uns sehr gelegen kamen nach der lange Fahrt. Der Vermieter kann perfekt Englisch und war gerne erreichbar für jegliche unserer Fragen. Bei der An- und Abreise hat er uns sogar sehr gute Tipps gegeben welche Straßen und Grenzübergänge wird nehmen sollen, um den sehr langen Wartezeiten an der Grenze zu entkommen, die uns wirklich Stunde gesparrt haben in der Ferienzeit. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen.
