Deluxe apartment with beautiful sea-view-terrace: 50m to sea, walk to city

  • Our apartment is located just a few steps (50m) from a rocky beach in Opatija (50m) and a short walk from Opatija city centre. You will love our huge and sunny terrace with a magnificent view at the sea.
    Built in 1910, the house gives you a flavour of the charming Austrian-Hungarian epoch. The interior of our apartment was completely refurbished in fall 2018. It now offers a true deluxe experience with all details carefully chosen to make your stay in Opatija unforgettable.
    The property provides 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV, so you have seamless access to your streaming account (e.g. Netflix). Two bathrooms with shower are at your disposal, one of which has a bath tub.
    The living room (with smart TV) and the fully equipped kitchen both offer splendid views at the sea. The apartment is air-conditioned with free WiFi access. We warmly welcome business travellers, travel groups and families!

    Several restaurants and cafes are located just a few steps from the apartment as well as a small supermarket, the post office and other stores. Fishing, diving and windsurfing opportunities can be found nearby. Rijeka Airport is located at a distance of 38 km from the property. Zagreb Airport can be reached in a 1.5-hour drive.
