"スタッフサービス、食事、宿泊施設は最高です!
I had a great time at Oriental hills. Food was amazing! Staff team was also amazing, they always provided you the best service.
Only negative parts are location and entertainment events. wish they could provide more marine activities."
"The Atta Terrace is a fantastic property that has superb views and facilities. The butler service will go out of their way to help you with any requests. I had a couple of issues, mostly down to translation issues as I don’t speak Japanese but they were sorted extremely promptly. One point of note is that the Fine Dining restaurant requires a shirt and as I’d been travelling for 8 weeks I didn’t have one so couldn’t dine in the restaurant. However they have a shuttle service to a sister hotel...
"Stunning view, walking distance to a few dinning options, beach and water activities are just across the road. The deco may a bit outdated but room is big and clean. Staffs are all very friendly and professional.
Breakfast buffet has lots of options and all food are well labelled. Even my son with multiple allergies can have a lot of choices."
"Lovely beachfront hotel, facilities abit dated with limited dining options. Friendly staff with limited spoken English. Overall still a pleasant experience! "

"I am Gold status, so received all the benefits. Location is 1/2 way between Monorail Stations 6 and 7. Staff secured a fibe taxi for me. Room was pristine with all amenities one could use--I slept in their Room clothing."
