Everything we needed was there and the space is more than we expected. MBR was very large as it was the size of most of the basement. HVAC system was quite comfortable. Very convenient location was the big bonus. Neighborhood was very quiet.Bad: -Fire system malfunction at 1:30 am of the last night and had to call the system mfr. Glad it was not a real fire. Finally put everyone back to bed a couple of hours later.-Downstairs toilet is not completely secured to the floor and the floor around was very soft. Created a wobble of the toilet.-One of the two decorative pillows were filthy.
