We only found Cavanans by accident, but we’re so glad we did. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We particularly liked that they could be accessed from both the internal corridor and the courtyard, making it incredibly easy to pull the car right up outside the room to unload and load luggage. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant, and both were excellent. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced. What really made our stay stand out...

Very friendly, helpful hosts.

Absolutely everything during our stay at Ashbrook was perfect! From the warm welcome on arrival, to the spotless and beautiful huge room through to the freshly baked bread, pancakes and bacon for breakfast that had us full right through to our evening meal, I literally couldn't fault a thing. Highly recommended and we'll be booking again next time we're in the area.

Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Staff were e trebly helpful about checking in early. Hotel was fresh, bright, comfortable and waiting areas extremely spacious and comforttable. Breakfast was hot and tasty and well presented. Would wholeheartedly recommend this impressive hotel

Its a bit tricky to find but worth it. Outstanding breakfast.

Lovely setting and quality hotel. Great to see Simon still working in the dining room. Friendly staff, excellent food. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Very welcoming on arrival, very clean and well presented. Treated well and choice of breakfast was second to nione.

Good service all round very helpful staff

The Lawrence is so much more than a boutique hotel. It's an experience. We stayed in the annex which was amazing. The Lawrence is situated on a fairly steep incline but Derry is walkable

The room was amazing however if I go back I would request a room with a view of the lake. The staff were excellent and very professional. The breakfast was fabulous. We really loved the Spa.

Loved the location and the views were lovely. The breakfast was superb. All in all, a very good stay.

Without doubt possibly the best B & B I have stayed at. Irish hospitality t its best. Breakfast was amazing and a good variety for those who don't fancy an Ulster Fry to start their day. Our hosts were very sociable and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely cakes to go with our in room refreshments were an absolute bonus. Would happily stay here again.

check in process really easy, room really lovely - clean smell from moment you walked in, comfortable bed, really friendly staff - particularly the staff in the restaurant on the Friday evening and at breakfast on Saturday. Quality of food and ample car parking space.

Stayed her for two nights in their rooms with kitchens whilst attending a family wedding. Staff couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Rooms comfy and very clean with a great tv and the added bonus of not only an iron but an ironing board too! Great when you are attending a wedding and want to look smart. They do have superior rooms in the main building but this suited our needs. You can also order breakfast onsite too Just a short walk into Enniskillen and a stone's throw from a...
