The location and accommodation were quite satisfactory. Most of the staff members were pleasant, with a single exception who was unable to assist us with a dining reservation.

Our third visit and never fails to indulge or rejuvenate us. The onsen is always a treat after a long day of sightseeing and the lounge space is a beautiful, private space to sit back and read, drink tea and appreciate the design of the property. The staff are always the best, too.

Location was near the station, about 5-10mins walk. Room was clean and spacious. having washer and dryer in the room was a plus too! The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. Also, they have free umbrella use for rainy day. And we also utilized their baggage delivery service upon check out( with a fee) . Will stay here again!
