"I recommend staying in the newly renovated rooms, they are clean and well kept. The pools are awesome as is the location. The elevators are a survival of the fittest, there are so many people staying at the hotel and when we were there not all elevators were working so you literally waited 10-15 mins sometimes just to ride the elevator up or down during peak times. Overall great for families but can be pricey with food, drinks and activities "

Because the reservation never actually happened we were removed from the property by construction crew because it was under renovations and when we tried to contact the property owner no one would answer. We literally had to talk to the neighbors in order to get some answers."
