Quality Inn Kalamazoo near Wings Stadium

"First off, the elevator was out of service and our room was on the third floor. We're no spring chickens so it was a difficult climb. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Also, there was no chair for the desk. I asked the front desk person and he said that he would bring one up. We never received it. The hair dryer was dusty and dirty. There was mold in the tub. One positive thing was that the beds were comfortable. I stayed at this hotel a few other times, which was a good 10 years ago and it was a nice stay. But, this wasn't. We won't book there again."

"they will charge you 100 dollars for incidentals so be prepared for it. It is a decent place to lay your head it is noisy and the cops were there 2 times during my stay. I wont be back unless I am stuck for a place"

"Reserved because they had a pool, checked in and there’s a sign that says it’s being renovated try back June 1st. No work was being done and it smelled like it was in use. The room was sterile and looked like a jail had been renovated into a hotel."

"Excellent and clean hotel. Breakfast was great and had a variety each morning, check in staff was awesome, housekeeping was awesome, and everyone was friendly. The filtered water was especially nice."

"There was a wet puddle near the elevators when we arrived, in the morning it had dried into a sticky spot on the floor. No one cleaned or tried to clean it up. "

"Not impressed at all. Granted it's Super 8 so expectations weren't high but it fell below even what I expected. We were in town for a wedding and it was recommended so thought maybe this one is better than others....nope! The moment you walk into the lobby you're knocked down by the smell of Marijuana and almost positive a good deal of that was from the woman at the check in counter. Every time we saw her she was standing out front smoking. The elevator barely crawls, rooms were unstocked and even had a washcloth from previous guest left in the shower."
