Amazing Christmas!

This house was perfect for a holiday get together with family. The owners even had a Christmas tree with decorations and lights for us! Lots of parking and space for all of us. Backyard is perfect with a pool, grill and playground. Sufficient linens, comfortable beds, and lots of cooking items! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great family home

I have stayed at this home before and both times have enjoyed it like if it was my own home. It has all the amenities I need. It is very spacious and clean. There is plenty of parking with a large two car garage. The laundry room adjacent to the kitchen is a big plus. The bathroom in the patio is very convenient for a day in The beautiful pool.

Best Vacay Home Ever

Home is very beautiful, fun and clean. I was overly impressed with the home layout. We were a big family and we all fit well in the home. The pool was very fun . We didn’t get to enjoy it everyday because of the rain but when we did everyone was really happy and having a great time. The only thing I didn’t like was the outside floor tile where the patio table is , that floor was a little slippery when walking wet to the outdoor restroom from the pool. But that will not make me change my rating this house was very fun and would definitely be renting again. Thanks Nancy, for this beautiful vacation memories.

Overall good stay

We booked this property for a couple days to go to the beach and visit family. Overall it was a good experience but there are some things that can improve. The sheets in the entire house and comforters did not smell very clean therefor we had to go buy our own sheets. If you plan on bringing smaller kids, (we had a 1 yr and 2 yr old) maybe bring an air mattress cause the beds are pretty high both kids fell off the bed so if they were napping one adult had to stay and keep watch in the room and that defeats the purpose of kids napping and getting any adult time in. There are no TVs in bedroom so think about that if you have several kids. The room that did have a pull out bed, you could feel the springs in the mattress so no ones even stayed in that room. The owner did let me know days before the washer wasn’t working which is why I’m thinking sheets and covers weren’t washed. The pool was awesome!!! Very clean and the patio area was great. I would book this again!

Beautiful Home - but missed everyday amenities

The home is beautiful as described. Unfortunately, it was not stocked with needed amenities for an 8 night stay, I listed 8 guests - the home accommodates 13. Home does not have a dishwasher, however we had to supply our own dish soap. Only half of a roll of paper towels, 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, no hand soap in bathrooms, only 3 kitchen garbage bags. This was a bit frugal for an 8-night stay. The Living room throw rug is very old (curled up at corners - tripping hazard) and grossly stained. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Back yard & pool are beautiful; however grass was very tall. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall we did not let the frugalness affect our stay, we had transportation and were able to purchase the items needed. Overall we had a comfortable relaxing time in this home. I am rating low on communication with property managers as they did not respond to my 'can we check in a few hours early message' upon arrival. We did not try to reach out to them again after no response.
