The holiday home "AL COTTAGE" is located in the village of Vassena (a district of Oliveto Lario), just 70 metres from Lake Como, in a strategic location. Nearby you will find a minimarket, pharmacy, restaurant, two bars, bus stop for Lecco and Bellagio, ferry dock, and boat and kayak rental.



The property was recently renovated in 2023 and 2024. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, including a fridge with a small freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, toaster, hand blender, and coffee machine. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.



Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom with smart TV, a second bedroom with bunk bed and desk, and a bathroom with shower. Cleaning supplies, bed linen, and towels are provided. The kitchen includes a basic supply of food.



A private garage exclusively for guests is available 50 metres from the house.



Vassena is a great starting point for trekking and mountain bike enthusiasts, with routes leading to Civenna and its "big bench", Magreglio and the Cycling Museum, and Bellagio with its charming old town, Medieval Tower, Villa Melzi gardens, and "Salita Serbelloni". Bellagio is famous for "Punta Spartivento", the panoramic spot where Lake Como splits in two.



In just 16 minutes by ferry from Bellagio, you can reach the picturesque village of Varenna, known for the "Lovers' Walk" and "Villa Monastero". Lecco is 15 km away, while Como, with its lakeside promenade, Cathedral, and funicular to Brunate, is 30 km away. Milan is 35 km from the property.
