Lovely room, nice and clean and very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the soaker tub but did not use the jets due to late hour not wanting to disturb anyone below our room. My hubby also remarked on the nice hot shower! We were surprised to have REAL coffee cups and not styrofoam cups. The only negative note would be that the TV would not turn on but due to the late hour, we did not worry about it. Would stay there again if the need arose.

This is a decent place to stay, if you are not looking for something fancy. Me, my husband and my 8 konths old baby stayed for 2 nights and we have no complaints. The room was clean. Overall we had a great time there

Nice place, but the Expedia description wasn’t entirely accurate. We paid for a King when only a Queen was available. Also, we wish we’d known that there is a skylight above the jacuzzi tub that wakes you up early. Note: if you’re traveling in areas without cell service you’ll risk not receiving the text with room number and entry code when checking in late.

It was very dated. The rooms were not very sound proof. There was a dog next door that had a very LOUD whine. Also the office wasn't open until 9 am, which was inconvenient for earlier check out - not everyone has cell phones to text when they are checking out.

Hello Jeannetta,We are sorry you had trouble with the neighbours dog, we only keep a handful of available rooms for pets and sometimes things happen. In regards to check out procedures, since we are punch code access and not keys, we do not have a strict check out procedure. We clean rooms who do end up contacting us one way or another, and any other room we just wait until 11am.

Dirty washcloth on the shower curtain when arrived, really loud, no insulation between rooms, when the room upstairs showered I actually checked my bathroom for leaks. It was convenient as I was travelling through, but no one in the office after 6 pm so check in was digital. Air conditioning was nice and quiet.

Hello Naomi,We are sorry we missed the washcloth while we cleaned your room. We have retooled our property to be able to handle a more modern check in system through on-line check in similar to plane travel, but we do have emergency numbers on site if problems ever arise.

Poor service, the room was rough with burn holes in bed covers, dripping taps, broken coffee machine, additional 30$ charge for dirty dishes, also started as dog friendly and changed 1 month after reservation was booked. Will never stay here again and will share with others.

We are sorry there was a mix up with your booking. We believe we resolved the issue by the time you checked in in regards the booking. We charge for dishes as it can take up to 30 minutes to clean a full sink full and time is precious when you are cleaning 10+ rooms in a day.
