"Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO and they were so welcoming. I guess staff being snob thinking they are highly rated forgot the down to earth basic service quality."

"Truly an amazing hotel, this is our second time staying here for an event in San Jose and this time we had a group of 8 rooms and everyone loved the hotel. Breakfast is yummy, the rooftop is perfect. He had a bbq on one dude and there was a wedding party taking pictures on the other. It was really nice. Rooms are nice and clean"

"We stayed here for 2 days and i noticed a few reviews that had me questioning my decision in booking it. But it was better than i expected. Small issues were the ice machines not working and the one in the lobby was empty. The elevators were so slow we have to take the stairs that lead outside behind the hotel. The positive were the rooms were clean, they gave us water bottles when we checked in and the breakfast was SO GOOD. So many options for their continental breakfast that was restaurant tasting. The staff were really friendly especially when we checked in. Location was amazing we had a show at SJ improv and holo holo. Both were very short walks. We would stay here again for sure. "

"Our waiter this morning was amazing, Location was across the street from where we needed to be. Those are my positives. Lost power early this am which caused this crazy beeping sound waking us up. Front desk didn’t seem to care one bit. And now what I will always mark a hotel down on NO Freaking HOT water in shower. After a freezing concert outside all I wanted was to take a hot bath(I know I’m strange I use bathtubs in hotels) no hot water like barely luke warm. Tried again this am to shower and same thing. So took a cold shower. No one else in our room shower before our long drive home. Very disappointed for 300 dollars a night you would think you would get Hot water"

"Okay...where do I start. Just needed a quick place to lay my head down for overnight and this place is exactly that. The room itself was good but phone there wasn't no ring tone and check to make sure all plugs was plugged in and it was. Went to front desk and they took care of it other than that room had: ~Nice fidge with freezer ~microwave nice and clean works good ~coffee pod to make a hot cup of coffee in your room in morning ~excellent t.v no problem {Dish} ~A WoW unique nice bathroom sink and mirror very impressed ~clean and workable toilet and shower no bathtub but huge easy to get in shower hot & cold shower working very well ~And of course nice size comfortable bed was very comfortable due to way I have to lay my body down ~And Grad-N-Go Breakfast Ready To Go In The Morning Now...All I Got To Say Is Just Check Area Out But Nothing Happened To My Vehicle"

"Very kind staff. Strong fragrance throughout hotel. carpets in hallway covered in towels and toilet ran all night with a loud screeching sound over and over. Standalone AC or heating unit in room had a drain into a large plastic milk jug. Overall it’s an older hotel with charm but some of these things did not create a good impression. We got to our room late and when we noticed the issues we were too tired to ask to be moved so I did not repot these concerns."
