"This place exceeded our expectations! Very private and so cozy. The place is super clean and comfy. The owners literally thought of everything-scones, beer/wine, chocolates, bathrobes, firewood…everything was honestly perfect. We enjoyed a fire at night and had some deer visitors. Great location for hiking and restaurants. Great communication and we were even able to check in early. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was our favorite. Book it!!!"

"We were looking for a secluded spot to spend a quick weekend getaway. The location was perfect. Not too far from the city, but far enough away from society. The lake was perfect for kayaking and relaxing. Home was beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend."

"Me and my partner had a beautiful stay here for his 30th birthday. Had plans to see Silverwood theme park but unfortunately they closed. Heidi and Don were wonderful hosts for us! The lake was beautiful too. Even got to enjoy using their small row boat to fish on the lake! (Be sure to get your fishing license for the day) The kitchen set up in the small and cozy guest house was unique. Definitely enjoyed making our coffee in the morning and sitting down by the lake. Overall 10/10 stay. Would absolutely love to visit again!"

"Amazing views of the lake. Amazing location. Amazing owners live next door very friendly. Stayed May 9th-12th, Mother’s Day weekend, got to see the amazing northern lights. Over all it was a great old rustic style cute house. Perfect for a bigger family with older kids. Will definitely stay again. Thank You."
