  • NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2020! 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom, with oversized deck for entertaining and pirate-theme kids playroom! Peek-a-boo views of the Ocean from the second floor! 5 minute straight-shot walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the OOB Pier! Perfect for family & friends in search of a classic Maine getaway!

    This unit is part of a duplex, and the other unit is also available for rent! Please let us know if you are interested in renting both sides, great for groups of up to 16 people!

    The main floor is open concept, making it easy for your whole group to spend time together! Modern kitchen has all new appliances and everything you'll need to cook meals! Main floor bathroom has HUGE custom shower and stackable laundry to do that quick load of laundry without having to head to the laundromat. Off the living space the kids in your group will enjoy the pirate-theme playroom, great to let their imaginations run should your vacation include a rain day!

    On the second floor you'll find both bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen), and the second bathroom (with a bath/shower combo, great if you're traveling with small kids!) Off the second bedroom there is a bonus sleep space with bunk beds!

    Oversized deck features a fire pit and grill for those nights you want to grill up some hamburgers and hot dogs and enjoy them at the outdoor dining table!
