The space:

Our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is the ideal spot for your family's summer vacation. With a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and comfortable bedrooms, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, two closets, a dedicated workspace, and a large Smart TV.

Second Bedroom: Full-sized bed, Smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

Third 2nd Floor Bedroom: Fun, low-angled ceiling, perfect for kids or shorter guests.

Bathroom: Has a full bath for bath time with the little ones

Kitchen: Full kitchen with a coffee/tea bar, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, and BBQ.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole place, the whole front yard, the bbq and fire pit out back, and enough parking for 3-4 cars depending on size of vehicle on the driveway.

Other things to note:
For our summer guests we provide all your beach going necessities from a wagon, towels, toys, chairs, and an umbrella.

We also have a small workout basket with a yoga mat and some weights for those go getters. Feel free to move the coffee table and set up in the living room or bring the basket into your bedroom or into the yard and combine some vitamin d with that sweat!

There is a full size washer and dryer underneath the stairs at the end of the dining area. Feel free to use. There is all your laundry needs in the cabinet to the left of the machines.

There is a hair dryer underneath the sink and all of your towels and extra linens in the bathroom in the corner shelf.

We do have some run of the mill house rules:

Old Orchard Beach does have a noise policy from 10 PM to 8 AM.

We do not allow pets.

We do no allow smoking inside the building. There is plenty of room to smoke out back or out front.

We encourage family and friend gatherings, enjoy music, good food and drink but please no parties/ragers. The latter will not be tolerated.

There is enough parking for 3-4 vehicles on the very right side of the driveway. Please keep a lane in the middle open for the guests in the separate house in the back and the neighbors who share a driveway.
