"This was the perfect spot for a reunion of girl frirnds. Plenty of space to gather together or find a quiet place for a nap. Take advantage of the basement games. The “frurndly competitions” were a huge highlight on a Saturday night. The very steep and narrow driveway was a challenge but it got better each time we used it. Enjoy!"

"If you want a view or a yard to play in, this is not the house for you. However, if you want room for your family or friends to be comfortable and gathering spaces for games or conversation, this house is ideal. We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and the open floorplan is great for gathering. The bedrooms are large and the beds are all very comfortable. The dining table easily seats a large crowd. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cooking tools and appliances. We also made great use of the two refrigerators, The hosts were very responsive and pleasant. We had an air conditioning issue upstairs and Greybeard quickly provided window units that were very efficient while we waited for the repair person. He was extremely professional and pleasant, as was the company maintenance person who brought the window units. We recommend Greybeard highly and will work with them on a future trip!"

"The home was good for our overnight stay. Great location if you’re dropping off kids to camp. Just needs a some time with open windows to freshen up the air inside. I loved the hidden big foot game. What a fun idea!"

"Very roomy house. A little bit older house with a dirt driveway but expected in a mountain community. Got a chance to meet the owner and she was very nice and pleasant. House was perfect for what we needed (lots of kids) and would definitely recommend the property. Enjoyed nights out by the fire pit. Kids loved the movie theater and game room. Thank you guys for having us."
